Khalis (خالص) is Urdu for pure. It is the promise in our name, and the standard we pack to.
Where our food comes from
We sell dry fruits, nuts and honey from Gilgit-Baltistan, in the far north of Pakistan — where the Karakoram, Himalaya and Hindu Kush ranges meet. Snowmelt runs down through narrow valleys and orchards are terraced into the slopes.
Our produce is traced to four valleys: Hunza, Skardu, Nagar and Ghizer. Every product page names the valley it came from.
How it is prepared
Fruit is picked in season and dried the traditional way — spread on rooftop racks and left to mountain air and long mountain sunlight. No sulphur and no sugar are added. Honey comes from wildflower hives and is left raw and unfiltered.
How we pack and send it
Everything is sealed in food-safe, resealable pouches in the valley, then boxed for the journey and dispatched within 24 hours.
